Student Program Information

We are soliciting submissions of posters from undergraduate and graduate university students to share your experience with studies using GNSS remote sensing data. Student program participant are expected to attend the full workshop and present their work during a poster session. We hope this experience will provide students an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the field, share their research, practice presentation skills, interact with other attendees, and receive feedback on their research from both scientific experts and other students.

All students participating in the Student Poster Session should submit a poster abstract through the workshop Abstracts and Posters page by the deadline.

$250 USD for all students

Financial Travel Support 

U.S. university students are eligible to be considered for travel assistance. Those requesting financial travel support must complete the Student Program Travel Support Application by May 17, 2024.

The available support for eligible students is limited and is based on the number of students who apply and the types of assistance requested. All applicants will be notified by July 5, 2024 of the status of their financial travel support application. Students who are selected to receive financial travel support will be contacted by Leslie Jackson at UCAR (ljjackson@ucar.edu) to make travel and lodging arrangements. These students should NOT book flights or lodging until contacted by Leslie.

 

Poster Session

Posters will be presented in a formal student poster session at the Joint COSMIC/JCSDA Workshop and IROWG-10. This will be held in conjunction with the workshop poster session.
